So yeah. Have some "Kweh?" I'll only be posting the strips that contain one or more shinkis here. Most of it to date has centered around transformers, although this will probably change given the warm welcome that Mao received.

I actually sort of prefer Rei, but Asuka’s personality is much more volatile than Rei’s, so she’s an almost perfect fit with the Ratchet and Prime that I’ve got going here.

Asuka may have been a bitch, but at least she HAD a personality, unlike the living kewpie doll that was Rei. Never was a big fan of Rei, can you tell?

I can tell, and you’re right. Rei’s personality was sold on the whole idea that she had none, which makes her interesting only in very limited ways. Asuka, on the other hand, seemed actually alive, and much more engaging.

The following two strips received a mixed response at TFW, I suppose mainly because of the fairly heavy-handed application of The Gun Joke. But they do have Mao in, so they count as strips for here. I was mainly experimenting with camera angles. Had to remove Asuka’s head to get the her-POV close-ups.

Bumpin’ own thread with another update with Mao in. Mao hasn’t done too much, as of #45, but comes into her own from #46 onwards. More shinki are slated to appear, but so far it’s just Mao.

There’s a sub-plot featuring Rei. Lots of Reis. They are planning to take over all realities through eBay. Go figure. Anyway… that’s it for now, until I write more.
