While I've thought about a figure of Anarista before, there's not much to the character to make a cool figure. Same goes with several other secondary characters.
I'd rather see a Claudette or Werbellia.
Make a Risty Revo or Full Puni already! I'd even take a 1/3 HAF of her! (Full Puni would be better. Not tiny, not extremely expensive) Though I'll kill someone if it's the Rebellion version.

QB Revo is kinda dull without Tomoe... Somehow, i can understand why they didn't create her (yet), because of her Miko outfit (particularly her pants).

well, if they would just make her skirt with fabric, infact, if her whole outfit would be made of fabric it would work out rather well, as long as they use quality cloth, or really soft plastic with layers, to be honest I don't care if Tomoe would be cast off or not, I just would like a figure of her, but I fear it won't happen now unless they make the rebellion version, also I prefer the rebellion version of Risty, it ads more of a respectable quality I feel, I really like her hair in rebellion, it just makes her look good in my oppinoin, but either version would be nice I think, to be honest I am already worrying about a Tina revoltech, her tail may be to hard for them to make

However, her skirt is more like a hakama pants like Shinigami's in Bleach anime/manga. If we start talking about alternate parts (let's say, naked female torso from waist down to her feet), it'll cost you a LOT. & moreover it will doubled the Revo price itself *sigh*

well, if they did it right they would only need to make a second lower torso, if they made a bare torso with some torn panties on it, they could make a dropped skirt to look like it fell off around her feet and only the top piece or her outfit was left on but slightly torn, the top would not be much of a problem, only the skirt which would only be attached to the other torso, or it could be very soft plastic and work like normal
