Sanya was one of the more "Decent" looking ones in the whole Strike Witches franchise since she had her skirt on....

Anyway it's nice the GSC/MaxFac decided to include some effect parts too like the rocket smoke and her signature "Hirschgeweih Antennas".. I hope it's made of some transparent neon-green plastic though ^^

I'm pretty sure the effect parts will be in semi-transparent plastic. It would look too cheap for Max Factory otherwise.

Sanya's probably the most well-dressed of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing. You probably didn't notice her skirt because they're the same black color as the rest of... the lower part of her blouse? Yeah, that's probably it. Generally, they look like the extension of her blouse, so it's easy to miss.

I hope Lucchini's next in line. =w=)

Remember that all the other Sanya figures existing are statues, and at a much larger scale than Figma. I wouldn't be surprised if that's just a temporary sculpt for the prototype, though.

True. Prototypes are just that. Prototypes. Changes will be made in accordance to input and such.

Most figure manufacturers don't seem to pay much attention when it comes to "aircraft accuracy" anyway..

Excluding Konami & Alter, most striker units of the witch girls in their figure renders had some oddities..
..boxy wings when the aircraft it was inspired from had rounded ones..
..very long propeller cones... etc.. etc....

Then again, the Striker units in both anime seasons had been inconsistent.. So "aircraft details" and such could be moot.

Anyway, this seems to be more about the anime characters and not about their Striker units. Rivet-counting is not needed

In fairness, GSC/MaxFac seems to be paying some attention to the strikers units.. Although speaking of Figma Sanya, I wish the wings would be more rounded in the final version because I never saw a Soviet warbird with pointy wings.. but then her striker unit was already fictional to begin with.. so yeah..
