Apparently Renge was hogging the spotlight for a bit too long so trying to spread the love now to the other Shinkis - Benio. Also wanted to give more love to the least photoshooted figure

Yeah she's really under appreciated. Yeah she may not be perfect (though I've never had any troubles with my figure) but Benio does have lots of character/personality.

Good to see but bad to step on when melting heh. And agreed. Need a much deserved repaint/reprint though.

Couldn't help it, more images haha. The weather got so warm that it called me and my cabin fevered Shinki's out into the much deserved warmth for my cold area. Benio and Renge raided a popular look-out in my area.

- Renge's pre-battle meditation.


- Kon? Fighto! Yes, you're seeing Renge's larger tail on Benio, as with the arm armor heh.


- Renge stalking a group of 8 random photographers that are photographing birds. Someone even thought Renge was hunting birds. She could be, if you so want to see it as such - Everything is a matter of perspective.

(This appears to be people's favorite.)

- Half-inspired image of Kohiru's special - "Chopstick-of-doom!"


(Not a perfect copy into figure-form, but I wanted the chopstick flaming part down at least haha.)

- Bonus image - Kohiru preparing my Japanese meal.


Can't wait for the flowers to bloom. I think I'll be entering a hiatus on Shinki photoshooting now while I wait. I took necessary/many images......

So much for a photoshooting hiatus >.< Renge demanded that I take images this week, especially for Saturday's special post. Well, here you guys go....

- I see doubles with so much trouble.

Was insanely windy were I photoshooted, but less than the other other areas. Both Renge's stumbled a lot...

- Was going to do a climbing image but changed it to a simple chillin' mockery heh.


- Was very windy so they be hanging on branches. They were swinging around like crazy due to the wind.....


- Minion (blue tail) and Master (Red tail) battling it out.


- The conclusion.

Minus Master Renge's cracked right wrist, I think this photoshoot ended up nicely. Well, factoring in the crazy wind I must say these are some awesome images to stare at. The two negatives got out-weighed by some nice positives .

You could use a bit of practice with focus. Don't forget to only press the button down partway first so that the camera can use autofocus. Also, when using it, keep an eye on where the camera highlights for it.

And why is original Renge the minion?

Hard to see with the sun shining on the screen. I always do press the button partway; I don't snap and shoot. I try to make sure the subject is in focus before I snap my images. If it's out of focus I don't take the shot and keep pressing partway until they do. Couldn't do a redo on the last one due to the wind.

Original Renge is the Master and the new one is the minion :/

Hmm....Guess I'll update this little thread again? Won't post everything new, just the images that I like personally so I do hope you like them! Renge still as crazy as ever, Kohiru still being her cute little self, and I recently acquired Fubuki as well! Benio? Still being her silent and motherly samurai self .

- Benio vs Signum early spring. Who won? Benio. Her training paid off!



- Renge wanted to sleep during a meet up with another figure/dollfie owner. She woke up to a real nightmare in the form of a vacuum (like dogs hate):


- Renge Master & Minion climbing up Tulips at the local Tulip festival - Muu~


- Fubuki arrives and instantly focuses her energy into her katana to fend off Renge soon after.


- Renge snacking away on some Sushi prepared by the Japanese Embassy vendors at the Tulip Festival haha!


- Renge escorts Mirai around down (Shot taken exactly when clouds began to roll in on a sunny day ruining my lovely shot grr!)


- Miko outfit madness! Fubuki also mimicing Strike Witches that she recently saw from my Kitsune Wednesday specials on figure.fm .





- mmmm! Sushi! *stomach growls*

More on my blog if you guys feel like venturing. And sadly, the news of Battle Rondo halted my creativity in wanting to do stop-animation sessions, bah! And I'm loving the new Miko outfit I got mainly for Renge. Others wanted to hog it all for themselves haha!
