Few Newbie Questions

Probably asked a million times, but I'm new to this game and I feel like I should buy at least 1 figure so that I don't use Fubuki 24/7.

To be honest, I would never have even checked out this game if it wasn't for the upcoming PSP game. It looked neat so I thought I'd get to know the original source a bit better.

Well, now for my questions. Just three.

1. Are all Busou Shinki compatible with Battle Rondo? Or are there some newer ones or special ones that don't work?
2. What is a good recommendation for a Busou Shinki in your guys' opinions? Or are they all pretty good, and it just matters how you customize them?
3. Is it possible to edit the 3 stones (CSC? I can't remember the name) you placed in your Busou Shinki in the beginning?

Sorry if it's been asked before or if there's some FAQ I missed. Thanks in advance.

Wave 9 (Espadia, Lanca) and 10 (Graffias, Vesp) and the light armors outside of Werkstra and Valona aren't in the game yet.

As to who's good... i like most of them, there's only a few that are really poor. Get whatever's available and looks good to you.

CSC changing can only be done by restarting a shinki completely, sorry.

We haven't had an update for a long time, until recently when they added Altreene instead of the older ones. I have no idea what they're planning nowadays.

Was thinking about getting Vespelio, but I guess I'll try and get a back-ordered Strarf or Velona. A lot of these are sold out. >_<

EDIT: Dumb little update that no one cares about, but ordered a backordered Strarf bis and Valona. They look almost identical that I was a bit reluctant. Hopefully the personalities are different enough.

Strarf and Valona are fairly different.

Strarf's chipper, energetic, and kind of brash.
Valona is half asleep most of the time and talks in a 'cutesy' manner.

It's a bit hard beating people with some heavy equipment from other shinkis while I'm using Fubuki's equipment with her at level 30. Is this normal? Will I dominate a bit more with some of Strarf bis's equipment later on?
