Yoshitsune Izuna, his prior works include being the Mecha Designer for Top o Nerae 2! and the original concept designer for Gad Guard as well as a guest mecha artist for FLCL. He also did Eyecatche for Kiddy Grade episode five.

I'm hoping they come with a bit extra - Kohiru and Merinda could be excused because they came with a lot of gear. Different faces would be nice. I'm on the fence with these two (wanting to see what AmiAmi will come up with).

Prolly around the x-mas month. I'd say maybe Jan but that's 2011 and it says 2010. Then again wave 11 originally said 2009 ^^;;

They did. It may be compact, but their stuff manages to cover most of their bodies. And what Kohiru lacks in body coverage she makes up for in accessories, including a short hair option and an extra (albeit tiny) weapon. I'm sure we haven't seen everything that comes in the box for these two yet, but compared to the previous wave they seem a bit... lacking... Also, do you think we'll ever get an MMS 3rd Tall Light Armor? It seems like the Light Armor developer advertisement reads: LOLI DESIGNERS COME HERE!

I still think it's a wash. Kohiru and Merienda (hereafter: K&M; I'm lazy) both have shoulder and wrist armor, but only a standard set of hands. Both of the new figures have new, armored hands, but omit the shoulder armor. While K&M have hip and waist armor, respectively, and shoes, Hellhound and Kyuubi, here, have entire new shin/foot pieces. Weapon-wise, I think it also comes out in about the same place, with Gabrine the Hellhound having two weapons, a pistol and a hammer, and <moonspeak> the Kyuubi having a slew of knives, which can be used individually or as large claws.

I think there's just as much new stuff there, even if there are fewer individual pieces involved and less coverage.

I'm kinda surprised they haven't put out a tall Light Armor myself, but the tall bodies aren't dramatically different from the MMS1/2 bodies. They may be trying to differentiate MMS3 from previous versions or something.

Type Ninetails looks decent, might pick her up if there's nothing else to buy when the addiction starts biting again, but I want some more full set Shinkis like Ach and Yda.

Hellhound...bleh. I would be much more comfortable if that was just a plain black body so she didn't look borderline-skimpy, but man...does Konami seriously think the major market for these Shinkis are loli addicts or what?

Personally I don't even pay attention to them being "loli's". They are just plastic figures, nothing more. To me anyway. It seems silly to me that people are so concerned about such an issue as well as how much or how little amount is painted on to them. But that's just me. I feel these Shinki's are harmless in every which way and form and will continue to buy them all regardless.
