Its a good thing that I just finished watching Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi Season 1 and 1/2 way through Season 2 
I've gotta finish Season 2 a.s.a.p. !
Nice effects, hope to see Yuki Nagato and Itsuki kick (EDIT:) butt!
But wait, Itsuki can only use his powers in a closed space, and close spaces are only created by Haruhi unintentionally by either her wish for certain things or when she is just really bored/frustrated.
So in other words, this is a world created by Haruhi's wish out of boredom or frustration?. Or is it due to some other factors?. Or, in this world of yours Haruhi is no longer the Esper proclaimed "God"?. And someone/something else is in control?
This could be interesting, hope you will elaborate further in your comics
