CBox problem

CBox problem
For the past few days or so now, when I try to scroll up to read older messages in the CBox, it keeps jerking back down. Whether I'm pressing the up arrow button or dragging the bar, it does it either way. WTH?

I've been having that problem off and on too. Usually rebooting helps, but Cbox is independent of the site so not much we can do about it.
