Plamoo's Stop Animation Shorts - Discussion
Plamoo is a fan artist, well known for his stop animation shorts. Most of them involve Shinkis in some form. He's popular enough, he deserves his own thread.

And to get thing's started, here is his last Shinki related work.

Title: 夫婦喧嘩
Time: 1 min, 10 sec.
From what I can see, it's basically a lovers tiff. With guns.

Plamoo's flicks are always epic! The animation is very fluid and the effects outstanding. My persona fav is his spoof of the Strike Witches op (aka Slice Cheese, ) featuring Asuka as the lead.

This one's my favorite.

It's all the little quirks he gives her as she sings that I appreciate.
Anyone know what song that is, BTW?

just for your information, Plamoo is now the creator of this shots.
The owner have always been using the name CDCFL801.
And he has complained, put up notices (last time, before he renovated his site) about a few people like plamoo and others putting hims works up.

Oh man. I've known about this guy for some time, even before I knew what Shinkis were!
I've always loved his animations, but I have to say, my favorite is this:

I never really knew what it was about until maybe a year ago, but I always admired the animation. Most of the dialogue in this scene is taken from Kamen Rider Blade, and I must say, the Burning Divide kick in the animation is not only one of the most impressive feats of stop motion I have ever seen, but is extremely accurate to the show, aside from the gundam not splitting in two, but that would just be an insane thing to animate.

Not his best work, but it's nice he's getting back to them.

That's more like it!
Also, Revoltech Woody is even MORE disturbing in stop motion.
And I like Asuka's new toy.
