Thoughts about game

Post by Zero_Blazer » Thu Jul 15, 2010 4:12 am

Here are some thoughts about the game I have.

Well, you start off with Arnval, completely naked. You have to buy parts for her or else all she'll do is just punch in battle. You control them directly in battle, since this is the near future of Battle Rondo, where the "Shinki Ride System" has been created so the Master and Shinki can fight as one. Overall the game is about the same as Battle Rondo outside of battle, with the lack of the Battery system. Omg I'm so happy about that.

In battle though, you control her directly. You move with D-pad (can change to analog, yay) and you can use your equipped weapons assigned to O, Triangle, and Square. If you don't, she just punches. You can also train, although I haven't tried it yet.

Overall, it's an okay game. Nothing spectacular, but it's okay. If only there wasn't so much DLC... >_>

I'll gladly take screenshots if you tell me how to get them without using a camera. XD

If you're running CFW, I think there's a plugin for it.

Thoughts: the game is fun but the DLC is annoying. Not annoying that it costs money but that it's so hard to get in your game.

Hey Algester, how do you take screenshots?

I'm new to the Forums and also the world of Busoushinki. I mean I've always seen the figures walking around shops here and that might be what got me interested. When I saw the game on PSN I picked it up. I'm not too big on Japanese "adventure games" but the gameplay and customization is pretty good. It's perfect for the Japanese summer gaming slump.

I don't really have an issue with the DLC because I can get psn cards easy, my one issue isn't with the game, but with the information on PSN on each DLC item. it doesn't mention the Stats of the items. I later found out that I have to check the homepage to get info on the Armor sets. It would have been nice to know that what I was paying for would t be useable until I leveled up for it. I still need to rank up one more time to get the final piece of the set (which is pretty nice)

other than that its good times.
