Preordering ends when the item arrives in stock at the store. Altine's out already.

So if a Shinki re/releases 2/12/2011, I have until 1/12/2011 to place my order?

Already preordered Eukrante and ordered an Altlene with Wotan helmet anyway XD

Using your example above, if a shinki is released on 2/12/2011 and you buy it before the release date it is a pre-order. Buying it after that date you are just buying it when it is in stock. It is basically up to the individual store you are buying from how long the preorder period lasts. Some stores may have a time limit and others would let you preorder it up to a day before the release date if they have enough stock.

I'm talking about Konami Style, the only place to get the Konami exclusive ones for their real price (through a proxy, of course).

So is it too late to order a Altlene/Altrene? Prices on Ebay are just plain stupid.

I'd like to know where to pre-order now too. Like the above poster said, Ebay prices are absurd. Why the heck do sellers even ask prices they won't get? It's not a haggling process on Ebay...

Does the Re-Issue include the "bonus" helmet if you pre-order like the original apparently did?

Forget ebay, you'll only see scalpers there. Try Mandarake and Yahoo Japan Auctions (with a proxy).
As for Konami Style preorders, you must do it through a proxy.
The rerelease Altlene dos NOT include the bonus helmet.
Altines will probably be rereleased next, so I'm waiting for that, it's not like the prices will go even higher.
