Is it just me or is the pink of Razz's boot parts a whole shade off from the pink on her shins? It's so obviously off to me on my Razz.

It's because the darker pink part is just pink paint over black. The whole plastic is black like her boots, just painted over.

Forgot to mention the instructions also show you can take em out. Mine were really tightly fit in there as well, at first I thought I damaged the plastic.

Of course, I read Razz's instructions but not Sharatang's. LOL Actually, I'm quite happy that her ponytails are hard to remove. I've had a heck of a time with Strarf's and Razz's being too loose and falling out all the time.

You could try using a teeny tiny bit of blu-tack to keep the hair in place?
And if/when you needed to remove it a needle or toothpick could dig it out. ^^;

Literally just got the girls. They were waiting for me when I got home from work tonight. I just came across a... unique... QC issue. My Sharatang's "replacement backpack" (piece no. 17 in the instructions) was missing a hole! Luckily, I happen to have a hand drill and a set of metric bits. It seems I pressed a bit too hard though because there's now a small chunk missing out of it where I pressed the drill in. It looks like I gouged it with an Xacto knife... Either way, crisis averted, and all is right with the world. Anyone else ever have to drill their own holes?

dude, same here, my sharatang was a pre-order from ami-ami months before she was released and shes still not here! i havent even gotten an order confirmation asking for money and i forgot my account so i cant email them either! im so tempted to order one on ebay and give up on ami-ami
