Running through Google Translate, the things look to be Garage Kits.
Which means they'll be limited runs, likely made of colored resin, unpainted and unassembled. This seems to be around the same price as most of them. What's REALLY odd about this is it's an officially sponsored by Konami garage kit.

I want them, but have no idea if they're going to be released in a form accessible to us. And the price...ouch.
