Unfortunately the pictures I took today I've already edited. She has a couple bubbles in her hair, some purple dribble marks on her regular chest piece and a purple blob on her alternate shoes. I haven't noticed anything similar on my Laviena figure so far.

I own both versions, the regular and repaints, and must say they are the epitome of shinki goodness. hopefully there will be restocks or something of that caliber for those that missed out.

well i agree that id like them but i dont need them i suppose, life goes on and pretty soon konami should be remaking the original mk2s with these parts to comemorate battle masters mk2, i really think they will so if you cant find them on mandarake of ebay, simply wait a little while

In a hobby like this, it isn't good to tell someone to wait just on baseless speculation. I was under the impression that the 'extra' parts these two got were just repaints of all of the other Arnval/Strarf equipment so it'd match, whereas the original MKIIs were already the same color so some of the old equipment could still be used.

In any case, we have no way of knowing what they'll do with Battle Masters 2 but chances are it won't be more Arnval and Strarf.

I dunno. It's really easy to speculate, and this rumor does have credence: In the animation intro to Battle Masters MkII, you can see MkIIs in the original colors... with the new bits the repaints come with.
