Only Tokyobuyers did that for me with the original Altines; but it was in the preorder stage - you paid for half the figure before hand, paid for the rest about a month from the release date and then sent out shipping.
But as Rosa is currently in stock, i have no idea how you're going to do this except to ask a proxy.
