Given how high the prices are for these two right now, and the fact they're both featured prominently in all of the promo stuff for the new game? I don't think they'll have any issue filling those pre-orders. They had the same deal with Fubuki, and she went on to have a re-issue of her own, plus a repaint.

This'll be great for anyone who missed out of them the first time around, a way to get them at less-than-insane prices.

Hopefully we'll see supplemental runs of other hard to get Shinkis. Like, say, Altrene and Altines?

well, last I knew, Konami did this with an Ookamikakushi PVC and Tokyo Hunter did take orders for it, but they ultimately didn't reach their goal of 1,000 pre-=orders and the poor figure never got released.

So I say, contact your favorite proxy and order away!

someone on /toy/ emailed yokatta about them and he will take orders. i think he quoted about 12000 for the pair before shipping.

I hate when Konami does the "if we get ____ amount of sales by ___ date"

a lot of companies do this actually. it is a good way of gauging interest on potentially risky production. given how a lot of stock of older shinkis sat around several stores' warehouses for a while not too long ago, they probably do consider reprinting an older wave to be at least a little risky.

True true, it's understandable, it's just depressing when they don't get made. I don't think these will have a problem as they are high demand, but we'll see.

no one really knows yet. given that they were regular releases originally, i am hoping that there is a chance that they will get a general release once their 2000 pre-orders are confirmed.
