id think amiami to be as thoughtful. Guess not- surprise.
Actually, I ordered Gabrine and Renge through AmiAimi and got two sets of clear weapons (i.e. one for each figure). Might have been first-come,-first-served or something.

DOH

But i preorder, soon too!

That sort of stuff is usually first come, first serve yes.
It's why you want to order ASAP as soon as the preorders show up if you want them. They only get a limited amount, and sometimes dont even realise they're getting it, so wont have a firm number before hand.

Yeah, I guess it must be 'first come' then. I ordered them as soon as I saw they were up. ^^;

I also preordered from AmiAmi, but didn't receive any bonus parts. So their allotment must have been small and run out quickly.

Preorders go up on the Japanese site before they do English. So Japan gets a shot at wiping out the preorders entirely, before we're even able to look at the item (as happened with many of the K-On! Figma).

So it may not be that they had a small amount... but that they had a small amount left after preorders opened on the English site.

im sure these extra parts will appear on ebay eventually somewere, to be honest, i didnt like the extra parts at all really, one reason i didnt pre-order them, red and blue clear doesn't seem to match as flawlessly as purple and a different shade of blue could have

Happily my Gabrine's boots have been fixed. They are no longer articulated, but at least she can stand in them. However I found that I had to switch to the longer extensions that peg into the boots and lower legs because the shorter ones won't stay in place. Thus she's a little taller than Renge while wearing them.
