No no, I do know who they are! My comment is on the helmet shapes - Raptias looks like she has cat ears, or at least a helmet similar to Gabrine. Artille just seems blocky.

Well, Artille DOES have some 'ears' on her helmet.

You just can't see them very well from the pictures we've seen.

As for Raptias... I think they're more supposed to represent a crest of some sort. Or just that she looks like she's supposed to be zipping around fast. *shrug*

they both look pretty good, i hate that pink but the figure is so cute im tempted to get her anyways, how can you resist that cute little face and design, eagle raptias looks a little skimpy in the top but thats never proven to be a bad thing right? the line has been looseing cloths lately, am i the only one who noticed? however, a busou shinki is a busou shinki and i must have them!!!!

I actually saw a shinki using a gun/sword looking like the pink one's (I forget which is which) in BR today.

I like them both, Raptias more than Artille, but still. My list of Shinkis to get gets ever longer.

If I wasn't sure already, I'm absolutley sure that I must get Artille. She's got at least two giant guns, the armor design strangely works for her "Mountain Cat" theme, and she's just so damn cute. She'd probably get along well with Mao Chao as a result. I'm curious as to what is supposed to mount on that other "pod" attached to her, though, since she seems a little too much asymetrical with the one gun emplacement, and I can't make out whatever that odd part is that the stand is pegging into. Is that supposed to be her tail?

Rapitas looks pretty cool, too, although the helmet is slightly a little too swept back for "eagle" in my idea of an "Eagle type". Still, I like the helmet-less head that we've seen from Battle Masters screen grabs, and I do need a Shinki whose type is actually related to flying (I've got Tigris and Vitulus, but since when has there been flying Bengal tigers and holstien calfs flying around?). If I've got the money, I might get her, too, but she's not as high a priority as Artille.


As an aside, is there any possibility left that these two are light armors? They look absolutley like full armor sets (they have more parts than Howling and Mao Chao at least)
