Multi-track drifting. Ohh, yeah~
The Land Striker looks great! Personally, I wish you'd thrown in some camo patterns into the paintjob, it looks a bit plain at the moment. How heavy is the entire gear, by the way?

I never weighed it yet. I still have small details to put on and get some new paint. As far as desert camo go, I'll give it a shot.
Update: American M1A1 Abrams have no camo. Just a single color. Sorry to disappoint.

Re: RP88's future projects
Okay peeps. Just to let you know, there will be a severe low in activity from me and this may last for a while. There is too much to do and so little time here at home. On top of that, I haven't gotten all I need to start building my mecha. Work will continue on all current projects and updates will follow as they progress but right now, that won't be until this weekend. Thank you all for your patience.

This is for you, Adventwing.

These boxes were made a week apart but they stack real nicely.

Both of my weapons boxes are in the one on the left.

And of course, they're large enough to stow-away a figma.
More to come in the remaining week as work on my Striker continues.

Re: RP88's future projects
Yesss! They look great! I happen to have a lot of shinki-size weapons (stolen from 1/144 and 1/100 Gundam kits) and this will do great.
I'd love to see the Abrams in camo, though. Too bad they don't have any yet. XD Maybe you'll do the Leopard 2s with woodland camo for your next project? Though I guess that'll be after your mini-mecha project is done.
Good luck on your future projects!

Re: RP88's future projects
Don't tempt me. As soon as I find some more naked Shinki's somehow, somewhere, I'll do just that! Desert Yellow seems to be the norm for Abrams. I rarely see any in forest colors. But the Leopards, being I am part German and a German armor fan, that it tickling my fancy. As for the boxes, I will make myself some more for myself. I too, have a LOT of Gundam weapons that I often use but are stashed in a plastic container. On top of that, as a semi Halo fan, my collection of Halo weapons are slowly growing. Speaking of Halo weapons ...Adventwings wrote:Yesss! They look great! I happen to have a lot of shinki-size weapons (stolen from 1/144 and 1/100 Gundam kits) and this will do great.

Re: RP88's future projects
Alright, who let Yoshika get her hands on that thruster pack?! (lol)
I guess the closest we'll ever get to a woodland camo Abrams is the South Korean lookalike, the K1A1. Oh, well. *Shrugs*

Re: RP88's future projects
Oh man, it's been too long since I've updated this thread. In that time, a LOT has happened. So, without further delay, lets get started.
Today, I will update what was done on the stop motion set.
A test to see how shreddable aluminum foil is for a stop motion project.

With that hidden hole, I thought I needed to raise the sections so that when I do the stop motions, something will have to climb up to that level.

A new wall section was made last week. That's right, a workable door.

Also, to make sure the hidden hole remains hidden and not fall in, I added some support.

Also, while I am at it, awesome group pose!

And that's that. Tomorrow, more on the gatling.
But I can't end it without a cute moment.
