These are actually going to be the seventh set of Arnval/Strarf variants, if I've not forgotten any (originals, original repaints, Bis/Tranche2, Bis/Tranche2 repaints, Mk2s, Tempesta/Lavina, and now the Full Arms Package Mk2s).

Repaints don't count for the purposes of star's anger. They're significantly different.

the saddest part is i still really want them! grr! konami! i wish at least these were different body paint, oh well, if i get these, they could be my latest customs in body work, and i think to order does come with 2 mms naked 3rds, but it stll upsets me

You'll have to use one of the proxy services as listed here. Can't really make an informed recommendation though, as I've only ever used Yokatta (no complaints about their service so far, though).
