...Are you sure you don't just need to update your PSP's firmware? I've been on PSN store since all that happened. O_o

Some inactive accounts without significant data (like having made paid purchases and have credit) were lost, from what I hear. Even I lost one of mine (the HK one, IIRC).

well when i go to the store, it says i need to go re-new my account on a website but when i go to the site, it says its under maintenence and its been like that since the begining when i tried the first time

I had to reset my passwords, but I did it on my PS3.

i tried resetting my passwords, but it wouldn't let me, and i only have a psp in terms of playstation products

It should be the same thing, since it can connect to PSN too.
You could always make a new account if the other was a dummy to download free stuff.

got the game

you start out with 3000spt (like in the first game)
when you pick your shinki (at the very beginning) you can pick from:
Howling,Maochao,Zelnograd,Arnval,Eukrante,and Ianaria (unlike how in the first game you could only have Arnval)
i started with Eukrante.
(btw there's alot more art in the loading screens)
you start out with more weapon options than the first game (i start out with gun, kantana, and missile)
also at the shop there's an extra tab which shows everything thats available

more updates soon =)

EDIT: dont buy everything in the beginning X(

the gameplay has been changed quite abit
like rideratio dash and stuff
also if you lose a match it gives you a red "D" and lets you retry rite then
also at the game centre you first get 2 options one being the rival fight thing
and something called friend card

OMG! i just saw Artille in the loading screen
on another note if you press select during battle it doesn't show your rails but i taunts the enemy
i still haven't figured out how to check your rails during gameplay O.o
the ridemax makes you have purple circles around your Shinki
and during a rail you can press X to go faster? (not really sure)
