Why would they add old Shinkis as DLC instead of already being in the game? I hope the DLC codes come with their rereleases! In addition of selling them on the PS Store for those who don't want the rereleased Shinkis, of course.

thats what i meant, i believe i even said: i HOPE a re-release follows. i do hope its easier to get these dlc's than in the original game, i still cant figure out how or were to get them! i'd love some help of a video in english explaining how and were to get these dlc! i also cant figure out rail attacks but one step at a time right?

I think if you bought the dlc from the first game they will let you carry them over to the second game without buying the dlc again.

yes but the american playstation store doesn't have them and i cant get onto the japanese one, + ever since they got hacked ive been unable to use playstation store

In order to access the .jp PSN store and get the DLC, you will need:

a) to register for a Japanese PSN account
b) to obtain Japanese PSN points
c) find the DLC on the Japanese PSN store by having your new Japanese account linked to the store
d) buy it
e) enjoy it

but will the hacker messing up the psn affect this? i still cant get onto my american account
