You need to get a Japanese PSN account, and order some Japanese PSN cards to use to put money on the account. Play Asia has them, I think...

Alright, found them on Play-Asia. Now I just need to swim through the enormous PSN site and figure out how to make an account XD

And I got my account made. Now I just need to figure out how to get my PSP network working and buy a usb for it. At least I'm getting somewhere now.

Great... New DLCs are already coming this week and Customs is still holding my package... I bet I'm going to lose the first freebie.

Anybody wanna run me through on connecting to the PSN with my PSP. I don't have a wireless router, so does that mean I have to go somewhere with wifi? Account got made no problem and all. Not I just gotta connect to the PSN to register it or something and get a USB to download the content I think. So confuzzling XD

There IS a program you can use to download things via computer, and then directly connect your PSP via USB, so you might be able to try that. ...I just can't remember the name of the program.

Even though I still haven't received my copy of the game, I signed up for a Japanese PSN account and downloaded the "manga niku". I used a PS3 to sign up and download. Then I uploaded the DLC to the PSP. Now I just need to go to the Post Office tomorrow and pay around 100 USD in taxes to retrieve my packet with the game and figures... OTL

And seeing that each new Shinki will cost 1000 JPY to download, those 8 already announced will cost way more than the game itself!!

I guess I'm gonna miss out on the manga meat. So then it's confirmed you don't have to buy anything to download it. I got a Japanese PSN account but alas, no PS3 or usb on my PSP yet. Gonna have to get a cord, even then I'm not sure if I can download anything since I don't have wireless, or will hooking a usb up be all that's needed?

If you have a program (again, I forget the name of it... some help I am, lol.), you can download in the program and transfer it over a cord.
