Yeah, it's all the early podcast type thingies they had on the site (never actually listened, but done by Arnval & Howling iirc) on a CD + the official versions of the the OPs. You could order the thing from Konamistyle earlier.

IIRC it comes with code that gives you a radio rondo CD for your shinki in DS and BR.
However I was never aware it had anything more than actual radio rondo excerpts. I'd have though if it had full quality versions of the game's OP tracks that I'd have run into MP3s of them floating around the net somewhere.
