So I've spotted Espadia and Lacramento on Mandarake for the reasonable price of 4500 yen each. However, I'm trying to control my spending at the moment and thus only want to get 1 (for now).

The question is, which one should I go for? I'm leaning towards Espadia due to her giant sword, although I do like Lacramento's "beetle mode". Or alternatively I could spend a bit more money (6000 Yen) and get Howling...decisions, decisions...

Hm...I got Lancamento ("Betty") first because I preferred the fully-formed beetle robot to the largely abstract support droid of Espadia ("Veronica"), but the latter girl has a very Rei Ayanami quality that might be more your fancy. Just my two cents.

Do you prefer guns or melee?
Lancementio is ranged. Espadia is melee.

Well, I looked at some pics and reviews of the pair of them, and I decided to go with Espadia. Those swords (and the giant combi-sword they can form) were just too much for me to resist.
