I just got Altrene myself not too long ago. I haven't tried putting on her armor yet, but I've tried to change her hair to the alternate hair piece, only to find myself having a really hard time getting it to fit into the back of her head properly (this is the alternate hair piece that has that armored head-piece thing).
Other than that, I like her.
