Where, in the UK, is it cheapest to buy Shinkis? Online stores preferred, although if RL stores sell them for less then I'm wiling to get out of my room.

There aren't.
You'll only be able to pick up Howling, MaoChao, Benio and (maybe) Waffebunny.
Howling/MaoChao/Benio are easy enough to pick up off Amazon.co.uk
I come from around London, but had a contact who told me of a shop I think was in Brighton (don't hold me to that though) called "Dave's Comics".
They don't have a webstore, but I got Howling and MaoChao from there for a bit cheaper than what I'd have to pay through Amazon.
WaffeBunny I managed to pick up some discontinued stock off of a UK webstore I found after about 20 pages of searching for cheap Shinki's in the UK called "EK-Sentrik", or maybe "IK-Sentrik". Anyway, got her for a fiver including P&P iirc.
It's really down to your own hunting though.
Good luck mate!

I know one store in Newcastle that stocks Mao and Howling as well as Benio and Arnval, but not Strarf or Xiphos for some reason. I'll have to ask him next time I visit whether they have any plans for expanding their stock line, but the guy's stocked pretty much the same merchandise for as long as I've known about it. Like, several years now.

On the plus side, ALL the BS kits they have are £19.99 right now. I cannot find cheaper even online. Even AmiAmi's ~£16 kits bump up to 20 or over with shipping.

Xiphos never got a general Non-Japan release. Benio did. Strarf probably sold out as she's always been one of the more popular ones.
