Dunno if the option exists on compact camera, but try to see if there is not a way to lock the focus. I knoww that mine does the focus by pressing the button half-way, and if I move after, it doesn't focus on something else. In this case, focus on the head, then move to center it.

my camera can do that actually but i was in a bit of a rush at that moment and didn't noticed the change of focus until you pointed that out. :

That was quite a surprise for Straf Bis and Arnval Tranche. Anyway, Tempesta looks pretty happy about her new parts but why is Lavina that down?

Tempesta looked happy? It looked like she was shaking her fists at the new Tempesta.

Aww, poor non FAP Tempesta and Lavina...but now they can make awesome combinations with their "doubles".

well... there are several reasons for getting ANOTHER tempesta/lavina set:

while tempesta is pretty much getting an upgrade (aka: more parts to play with ), in lavina's case is a much needed replacement/upgrade situation...
You see, my original lavina has a bit of a defect that i didn't like at all: she's the only mms3 shinki that i have where you can see the hole where the hipjoint is located and its too noticeable just to ignore it, so a new body is needed.

and to make things more... "interesting" so to speak, the original tempesta equipment became a bit loose after just a day of fiddling (some parts already have stress marks, bummer...) so i hope that these new parts help me solve that problem...

extra note: i was hoping to see if the new MK2 BFG was worthy of being the proper sucessor of arnval's original laser cannon... i'm kinda dissapointed. because precisely even if it has a nice and more streamlined design, just the size and lack of "bulk" doesnt give the sensation of power the original BFG has...

Which makes it all the more awesome when in goes into Wave Motion Cannon mode.
