Duly noted...I started a comics thread, but I seem to be having some technical difficulties with sizing. I'll see if it's just a browser cookie thing.
Meantime, since it's spring break, I'm hoping to get some more photos shot. As it is, I managed to grab a couple tonight:
...and I'm not the only one. I'm starting to think Razz might need some sort of internal adjustment...and maybe some pants, too, while I'm at it.
Meanwhile, Nurse Brightfeather (I really need to get cracking on giving these girls proper names) assures Vervietta that Vic Viper is in good hands, having found a couple of local doctors who are experts on transforming robots.
The Beetle Sisters seem so happy with their combined mech, but poor Yoko is having a little difficulty adjusting. Seems she suffers from a mild case of what Brightfeather calls "Indian In The Cupboard" Syndrome, compounded by being based on an actual anime character. Fortunately, I had an old Revoltech friend of hers on-hand to help her get settled in.
Of course, it seems she's not the only one suffering from the condition, as Mizuki discovered when Benio arrived full of that old "samurai versus ninja" vitriol:
Mizu confessed later that, unsettling as it was to get suddenly attacked like that, she DID secretly enjoy finally getting to cross swords in an actual battle.
Fortunately for both of them, however, there's one thing that can defuse almost any animosity between people...
Namely, a magical girl.
I gotta say, every time I get annoyed at Nagi's boundless cheerfulness and
relentless girlishness, she pulls something like this and reminds me why I'm glad that I have her around.
And, once more, "Friendship Power" triumphs over all, as old baseless rivalries are set aside, and Mizu finds someone even more "old-fashioned" than she is.
