Maybe I'll check the anime out...I remember getting the first ep on a preview DVD with a magazine a few years back, but I didn't bother to watch it at the time.

So, instead of, y’know, sleeping, I just found another possible Shinki ride for Inu Kamen X: an old Super Cycle from the "Superman" toyline back in the '90s.
Image
Pluses: perfect fit, sweet look (especially once I touch up the chipped paint with something more Gabrine), and even has a retractable front fender battering ram and ersatz "hover mode."

Minuses: no place for her feet, S-Shield deco on the seatbelt pretty much unremovable, and it doesn't really look like a Ride Machine, really.

Opinions?

I think our Gabrines were separated at 'birth'

Sorry it's been a bit, I've been down with a nasty summer cold that turned into a sinus infection. I'm better now, but DAMN...I don't get sick often, but when I do, it's beastly.

Anyway, I managed to snag a loose Fubuki Type 1 tail for my Renge off Noppin.

...Gabrine seems to like it, too.

This reminds me, I finally have names for them both: since the Noppin translator keep saying Gabrine's name is "Pandoor," I decided to name her "Pandora" ("Panda" for short)...yeah, she's also "Inu Kamen X," but a hero needs a secret identity, right?

As for Renge, I was going to name her "Lotus," after what the translator calls her type, but she decided she preferred "Renardine" instead ("Ren" or "Rena" for short in her case).

Maybe I should at least do a list of my Shinkis names, since I don't know if I have the space to do another "Naming Day" comic like last year.

Sorry I haven't been here for a bit...had some IRL issues to deal with, up to and including my birthday last month and the start of a new college semester last week, that sapped a lot of energy. I'm good, but I haven't shot any new pics in a while.

Just so this isn't a wasted post, though, I did find one in my raw files that I'd overlooked before of my Ziebellen Amethyst and Sharatang, Amy and The Countess, while my son's Mao-Chao, "Doctor Mew" (I forget what his actual name for her is ATM) checks the readings on her Sonic Screwdriver...for some reason, it keeps saying there's a "vampire" somewhere nearby, which is just SILLY...

Man, how I love to get Zielbellen Amethyst someday...

LOL, "vampire" nearby. xD Sure hope Doctor Mao Chao has figured out what's wrong with her sonic screwdriver and gotten the problem fixed.
