One reason why Benio gets a lot of flack is (At least according to what people said to me) because of her armor design. Some even said that her armor can fall off even when you look at it the wrong way. But some people claim others and said her armor holding up just fine.

In the end? Well, up to everyone taste.
If you hate Benio, please keep that to yourself, she already have a lot of hate and don't need it anymore.
If you like Benio, then good. She need a lot of love.

And seeing that you love your Benio, I think everything is fine and well in your case.
