Thanks, I like that picture of them together as well. I like to think they would get along although I imagine they would have very different personalities...

Katsumi posing on a pocket knife...a Japanese Spyderco, aptly enough.

I'm pretty happy with how these turned out. I'm learning one of the keys to doing indoor macro photography is the quality of the ambient light.

I seriously need to get back into photographing my toys again, this time with me learning how to use the manual settings on my Canon Rebel T3 instead of using the auto settiings. >.<

Anyway, neat pics! =)

Thanks! I still find the manual settings on my camera kind of arcane, although I'm learning. I also bracket my shots to make sure I get at least one that I can work with.

I like the red ribbon bookmark here, and Valerie's thoughtful expression...

These shots were done handheld and with the full auto macro setting, because I was too lazy to drag the tripod out again and just wanted a few quick shots. I'm pretty happy with how they turned out. That particular window has some decent lighting...

I am really loving these pictures! I also saw your comics, they're cute as well. Hope to see more in the future :schmetterling:

I like Valerie's expression while reading the book. It's perfect.

Also, love how Michelle closes her eyes to lean over and sniff the flower.
