is that black and red Eukrante a custom or can you actually buy one.

That's one of the Dengeki Exclusives. For a limited time back when Eukrante and Ianeria were first released, they had that color scheme limited to ordering from Dengeki. They're kind of hard and expensive to come by now a days unless you can get a deal for them.
