ok i just got my vespelio in the mail and i entered her code correctly but i cant access her or her items in battle rondo
but i can access her and her parts in diorama studio

why is this and did i do something wrong

The Shinki in that list currently can be used in Diorama Studio, but not Battle Rondo. Note that your Vespelio is one of the girls on the list. Characters are added to BR with no predictability, and the wait is due not just to balancing the equipment and creating the scripts, but also getting some human voice-acting. We just recently had Valona, Werkstra, and Mizuki added to BR, and the beetle sisters will probably get added before Graffias and Vespelio, so you may have to wait awhile.
