So...my copy of BR is unable to display anything but machine code. I can guess this is going to be a bit of a problem down the track, so does anyone have any ideas on what's caused this and how to fix it?
I also discovered - to my horror - that my Murmeltier card did not have a code. The scratchie-stuff? Was printed on. But the product was official...what on earth has happened? I was looking forward to working with Svetlana!
What do I dooooo?

Re: Glitches and broken codes
Mmm'kay, the code issue is resolved in that it's only really in diorama studio, Rondo is safe.
SO. Does anyone here have/know of a Murmeltier code that someone doesn't want to use? I would be very grateful.

Re: Glitches and broken codes
I have this problem with my Murmeltier code as well. Why is it printed on, is it a regular problem?

Re: Glitches and broken codes
We've had one BSW member get some actual resolution with a bad code when he contacted Konami's customer service. It's worth a shot. Might be best to follow the thread to see what he actually did/didnt do. I wouldnt recommend saying you're not in Japan, for instance.

Thanks Caterwaul, it was very helpful! However, I don't actually have time for the game now, nor the model to go with the broken code papery thingie and a distinct lack of japanese...I will survive :) Perhaps later on.

Re: Glitches and broken codes
As I remember, the code on my Mur was very difficult to scratch, and I did do some damage to the numbers, though not enough to make any illegible. Actually, my Asuka was also really different from the other cards, and I was pretty careful scratching it off. Seems like they are making the cards differently, and I wonder what they "intend: for you to use to scratch them off now.
