Any suggestion what is needed in order to unlock that?
Do i need to be very high level so i have like 2k sp or somthing in order to have a chance?

I can't remember how I got this one (I believe it "just happened" during one of the battle) but more SP definitely helps out on this one.

I think it's easier to do it with single missile + tension set then pick a right mission to fight.

Missile costs 50 sp, so with 250 sp your Shinki will be able to do at least 5 missile follow up in 10 turns. But the big challenge will then be, can you finish with a win on the 10th turn? (Not under attack, and not over attack... Which is hard.)

So yeah, get more sp will be a great help on this one...

Since movement skills count too, it's really easy to get at higher levels. But yeah, you need a decent amount of SP.
