Hi guys! Been meaning to go back into Battle Rondo since I have way more shinkis this time around (15 versus 2 the last time), so I've been updating the game. However, I get this error as soon as the update bar finishes:



I've already changed my time to Japanese time... would anyone know what's wrong?

You're actually changing the timezone, not just the clock, right?

Yep! It's GMT +9 Tokyo standard time...

Huh. Weird. I've got no idea, then. Keep trying?

I've no idea about this error. Anybody you know that you can copy the whole folder from? Its the easiest way if you know someone who plays the game too. Else, if you have an old copy somewhere that is not of the latest version, use it and try to re-patch again?

That error message usually indicates a botched update on Konami's end, doesn't it?

ETA: Disregard that. Might be a botched update, but it's working fine from here. :/

Turns out that I was using a year-old setup application,

I just downloaded a fresh one from Konami and I'm ready to go!

...they updated the installer? Finally? >_>;
