Forward movement gets a 20% (i think) bonus compared to backward.
Shinki also have an inherent movement stat (Euk = 120 , st.Ach = 100 ), and you can improve on it with CSC. I think it's also affected by environment and level, and i'm sure it's affected by the weight you're carrying.

This page from the Japanese wiki has, among other information, the preferred weapons of each shinki.

According to that page, Ach Stradale works best with swords, spears, and polearms. Additionally, if your Eukrante seems to have trouble with her weapons, her preferred types are daggers, swords, pistols, launchers, and knuckle-type weapons.

As for advice, I think mobility should actually be a lesser concern than other stats. It's always good to have at least a little boost to mobility, but if your opponent's bonus is somewhere in the triple digits, it's probably better to let them decide the range at which the fight should continue. Also, most builds that use such ridiculous amounts of mobility rely on long-range rifles or launchers, so you should choose a long-range weapon of your own to equip on your shinki, and add a bit of armor with the skill "Ranged Damage Down Level 1" (射撃ダメージダウンLv1). If you have Arnval, you might have noticed that her BFG is one of the more popular guns for these builds, and its SP attack is rather painful too.

@ninth

my St.ach end up with using long range weapon.. i made a mistake.. >,<
so with her mobility (87), she can't run away from shinki that has triple digit mobility and use short range weapon.

oh, and my euk use knuckle weapon, so it's no problem with her.
and she can cacth up with my St.ach so she has no problem even the opponent has triple digit mobility.
i have set that she use pile and her mobility is 102.

BFG guns? which one is that? i have arnval and if i remember correctly her weapon is...

M4(beam saber)
LP4
PDW9
GE bla bla bla(the small one)
GE bla bla bla(the big one)

so, now i'm want to use backward skill that arnval has in her backpack..
i don't know how to command my shinki to use it..x,x

any suggest?

thx before.. ^^V

These are the BFGs or also known as Launchers. If you have Ach and Euk they also have one. Ach's is the big beam gun and Euk's is the Big Beam gun that makes the center of her Tension armor, the double barrel one. The Grenade Launcher from Strarf too is also a Launcher, but not a very good one unless you have high Accuracy.

I would suggest you to stay away from Howling's launcher unless the opponent has low mobility, or you know how to pre-calculate the movement. ;)
