BR Event From Jul 23 To Sep 01 - Summer Festa 09

Well, it's officially starting on the 23rd.

The event starts on July 23 at noon, and ends September 1. (wao)

The typical things apply, there's halved battery usage for the duration and you also get some black bell ribbons for participating. (kind of weird, the example picture shows pink ones.)


The event mission this time is "protect the city from cyberterrorism!"

Shinki owners will be divided into white and black teams, and work together to defeat the enemies.



Here's hoping for some nice items to get from this thing...

...I'm also expecting another piece of the Cardboard Armor to show up, as thats how the past two events were. It'll probably be the legs this time around...

Just got into the event... Here is a few point of interests:

1) Update problem - solved with time-zone change...
2) White or Black? - The entrance for summer festa 09 is located at the "owner room" (the first screen you see after log in), upon entering, the light armor type angel will come greets you, and ask to see if you want to join the "white" or "black" team. (I joined black...)
3) Moving on the map - Somewhat different from the other global events, the summer festa 09 is gives a greater RPG-like feeling, first click the building or the firewall to select the place, then click the left menu to "move", "check/use item", "check item parts", "go back to owner's room".

Oh, be sure to check out the dojo in the first section from your stamp card.
4) Battle ground - On each section of the map, there are two "access point" (white and black - you can only use the one with the color of your choice) that named after horoscope(?). For the initial section, it is "Cancer".

Upon entering battle ground, you will first asked to select a Shinki (Aye, only one at a time.) to carry on the battles in there. To switch Shinki, you must exit the battle ground then re-enter with the new choice.

...And also, like winter festa, you need to move your Shinki next to the enemy's point to attack.

Currently I have encounter two types of enemy in the first section's black access point: regular lv40 random Shinki, and Lv70 AG blue santa type. That Lv70 can be challenge for Shinki at the same level, so be aware.
5) Item Making - judging by the current "work shop" (blue hex shape building on the map), the key to the other sections on the map, as well as the items, are going to be made by combine the item parts gathered from battle ground in the work shop.

Not quite sure if losing will gain item parts as well...

I've also encountered lvl 30 shinki in the first section(maybe because I'm white?)
and what are those 4 lines of text after the battle? I once had 3 lines that said "GEM" so do you get 4 "things" after each battle?
And PenPen, plz update as much as possible

heya, i'm back again.

im not sure if u lose, but if u draw u will get abt 2 items, win will get you 3 to 4 items per battle.

and those items are like shirt parts/ passcode parts, which you will need (usually ard x20) to satisfy an item exchange

anyonw knows how do you switch other signs? lol im too lazy to translate the event page line by line

p/s: just found out with my low lvl shinki. when you lose you will still get item.

win will get you 3 to 4 items per battle.

3 to 5 items, but getting 5 items is quite rare

Apparently, different points in the battle ground contains different Lv of Shinki (and type). I have just encountered the lv30s in the bottom right point in "Cancer".

Also, different points gives out different item parts too!!

Does anyone know what is the stamp thing for?

I'm in Gemini and there is a vortex, I can fight and win the shinki but when I press the "walk" button in the vortex it says something, it looks like you need a key to teletransport you or something like that...

Agreed, the top field in cancer gives A and C "things" that are needed for those codes you can buy
I guess you need to buy all 4 codes for something to happen

I'm in Gemini and there is a vortex, I can fight and win the shinki but when I press the "walk" button in the vortex it says something, it looks like you need a key to teletransport you or something like that...

Already got 2 stamp so far, might be able to exchange something with it.

The vortex is a teleporting area that require keycard to access, the first one can be exchange with 5x A and C type item.
