Yeah, Saber Zero is pretty androgynous....which was probably the entire point of giving her the MIB outfit.

I'd say it's Saito Hajime's Gatotsu technique, at first glance. He's a character from the Rurouni Kenshin manga/anime, for those who've never seen it.

You lose the cookie, because Gatotsu is the left-handed version. The right-handed version is called Hirazuki, and it could be featured in other series, because it's a real style.
