Shirt is made of PVC. One of the sleeves is embedded on the main body though, so no dice on the cast-off.

Figmas aren't really built for that after all.
Plus with the pending loli ban law in Japan accompanied by an amendment extending the coverage to 2D characters, the best we can get nowadays are underdeveloped JKs like Mirai of Senran Kagura and Noumi Kudryavka of Little Busters.

I always thought only 18+ flat chested girls were depicted, no lolis.

The 18+ disclaimer is only applicable in the West.
The law in Japan is still pending. Mainstream outfits are taking baby steps not to accidentally step on it in case it comes to pass, but the hardcore underground ones like RIN and LO seem to not give a rat's south side.
Currently setting up my envisioned situation with Anzu, Kirino and a special guest character. Pics later.

And I forgot the "?" after the "JKs". What does those JK, RIN and LO mean?
IMO it's pretty stupid to block this kind of content. Let lolicon have their fictional artwork, at least it's not real girls, and if they don't have fictional stuff, they'll seek the less fictional stuff.

JK= Joshi Kousei (High School Girl)
RIN and LO are adult comic magazines that feature mainly loli content.
