Note, until Craftbukkit updates to a 1.5 compatible build, please hold off on updating your Minecraft client unless you want to be locked out of the server.

In the event that you do update and want to roll back to the previous version, it seems that MC keeps a backup of its old .jar file in the "AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin" folder as minecraft-1.4_01.jar. To switch, simply rename minecraft.jar to minecraft-1.5.jar, then rename minecraft-1.4_01.jar to minecraft.jar

I will post here when the server and plugins have been updated to 1.5 compatible versions.
