Good Lord, photocomic makers!

Busou Shinki/Transformers photocomics generally have a theme of "While the cat's away, the mice will play," and there's nothing wrong with that. But if you're setting up photos on the floor of your home, please vacuum first. I'm not interested in seeing one of the short-and-curlies that escaped down your pants leg, pet dander, or mystery debris in every frame.
Also, be aware that if you shoot in a "high-traffic" area of your home, the carpet fibers will be more trampled down, and slightly more sparse, compared to that one spot off to the side of the bookshelf. I'm actually not one of the people bothered by worn carpeting, but the two are going to have slightly different characteristics when it comes to picture-taking, and someone might enjoy a greater degree of artistic control as a result of having that knowledge.
So, good luck, and remember: some of you actually don't suck!

Why should anyone care?

I agree, just don't worry about it. I mean, for me, I do this on my time, with all my own efforts involved, and it meets my standard of excellence when I publish it. If someone is willing to pay me, I would be happy to meet their standard of excellence, but until then, I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing.

ok... maybe that kind of scolding applies to me....
in my case i pretty much live in what i like to call a "junkyard", so its pretty difficult to do some decent cleanup on a house that's under renovation... but believe me, i do my efforts to take the pics i want in an environment as clean as possible, but when that just doesnt work... it doesnt work!
So to compensate i take advantage of it and add it to the story... at least thats the approach i decided to take to make this comic decent enough...
sorry!

Halconfenix, you get a bye because you actually seem to live in a machine shop or something.

Do you really need to take this seriously? I mean, it's not your business to tell people to clean up. Maybe it's suppose to be like that or something. It's a thing people do on their free time, it's not a business unless you make it so.

The nice thing about criticism is you can take it or leave it. However just because Ninth stated their opinion doesn't mean we should jump all over them for doing so either. They were trying to be constructive about it.
I try to remember and do a quick sweep for any dog fur or fuzzies laying around. Yet if I'm in the midst of a brainstorm, I don't give it much thought.

Actually, all I'm saying is why care about it? I'm not really trying to be mean about this.

I understand. I just didn't want to see things become heated. My comments were not directed toward anyone specific either.

Or just use airbrushing like I do. Living with dogs is a form of hell for webcomicry, I’m sure of it. There is something artistically pleasing for me about seeing an untouched space, and airbrushing gives me a way of faking that look even though my comic is being made in what amounts to a quadrupedal war zone.
