Re: Armor Girls Project: Infinite Stratos (& Mobile Suit Gir
Upon closer attention, it actually labels her as "GP03S Stamen". I have this sneaking feeling that the Orchis parts are going to be sold separately as an accessory pack... (and just watch Bandai make it a goddamn web exclusive...) Edit: or maybe not. Can't figure out enough of the text to et any ide...

Re: Armor Girls Project: Infinite Stratos (& Mobile Suit Gir
So they're actually releasing the GP03S-girl: http://i.imgur.com/NePial.jpg (Also, Barkhorn is next up in the SW line). Looks like she's been kinda scaled-down a bit from the old prototype, though: http://i.imgur.com/rIYaEl.jpg Also, they've confirmed a uniform version of Cecilia as a web exclusive ...

Re: Dollfies? Or just anime dolls?...
Azone's 1/6 scale dolls use their own PureNeemo bodies, and have rooted hair (so no wig swapping). Not sure what they're like in terms of compatibility with obitsu heads or whatever, but if you're going that far you might as well build your own from scratch using a blank obitsu body or something. Th...

Re: Armor Girls Project: Infinite Stratos (& Mobile Suit Gir
Right now your best bet to recreate that scene is to get the Revoltechs. Figma hands won't (neatly) fit the COMPOSITE to make her play a K-On guitar or something. If you have any figmas with (approriately-proportioned) bare arms, you could probably frankenstein something together using the figma ar...

Imouto-robo was confirmed and up for preorder a while ago: http://myfigurecollection.net/item/91513 (she releases in July).Storm Wing wrote:Asakura? Rather than that ax crazy wench, i'm squinting my eyes to that Kyon's lil sis!
Why does Laura have to be August? My wallet just can't catch a break this summer.

Re: Strike Witches Figma! Finally!
They took too long to continue the Persona figma, then Bandai began releasing the D-Arts and Figuarts ZERO, so Max Factory felt the pressure and announced new Persona figma. I think that was more both being independently inspired by the anime adaptation of P4, than them trying to compete with each ...

Re: Strike Witches Figma! Finally!
I'm not sure about that... While SHFiguarts are bigger, the COMPOSITE figures are extremely similar to figma, probably to make them compatible, an unusual move coming from Bandai. So I'd wait to have an AGP in hand (or see a comparison review online) before thinking that they're definitely bigger. ...

Re: Armor Girls Project: Infinite Stratos & Gundam girl figu
On a side note: Has anyone tries the Composite Haruhi with Figma Haruhi? I could've swear that Figma's head IS compatible with Composites. The armour works well with any figma that fits the physical limitations of it - i.e. slim enough ankles/calves to fit into the boot sections (if you want to ful...

Looks like their next license is more or less confirmed:
(also there was a teaser shot of what looked like Yoshika's Shinden strikers in the latest round of hobby mag scans, in case that image doesn't make it obvious enough)
